Obviously anyone who undertakes to have an installation of this kind cannot expect everything to be totally plain sailing, in spite of the fact that we would all like to think that it will be, however, any problems were discussed in great detail and there was a total willingness to put right anything that we weren't happy with.
We would be quite confident to recommend Basement Masters to anyone who is considering a basement installation in the future as a way of extending the space in their home.
