As you are aware, our schedule was tight, At the time of contacting you we had only just found out that my wife was expecting our second child, baby was due to be born in approximately 7.5 months. It was a very tall order expecting that there was to be any hope of completion before the baby was born, however, your company produced the plans and obtained planning approval, together with building regulations and party wall. The build was then carried out to a very high standard. All completed prior to mother and baby coming home from hospital and in time for us to have a place for our visiting relatives to sleep. A most impressive performance.
